NEC Magnus Communications, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") provides information about customers that can be used to identify the customer by name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, or other description contained in the information (including information that can be easily collated with other information to identify the customer). (6) Statistical use of non-personal information
You acknowledge that the Company may extract data from personal information that makes it impossible to identify an individual and use such data for statistical, analytical, or other purposes.

(9) Request for disclosure of personal information and filing of complaints
The customer may request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to a third party of personal information (these requests are collectively referred to as "requests for disclosure, etc.").
The personal information that can be disclosed here is limited to the personal data of the customer himself/herself. Requests for disclosure, etc. of personal information and complaints regarding the handling of personal information are accepted in (8) above, so please specify the content of the request or complaint before applying.

(10) Security Control Measures for Personal Information
We will take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent and correct leakage, loss, or damage of the acquired personal information, and to otherwise safely manage personal information.
